Kept as a virtual sex slave in a heavily guarded Singapore hotel prison, Manohara was asked to do terrible things by her husband. Like have sex! Can you imagine that? Have sex?!!!!!!!! And with her husband too! Yucks!!!!!!!!

And the Malaysians even used an advanced technological device (supplied to them by the Americans of course) to control Manohara’s behavior. By implanting a micro chip under her tongue, they could make her smile by using a small remote control device! In this way, no one would ever suspect that they had really been torturing her!
“Every time I went out for events, they forced me to smile and would torture me if I did not do what they said,” said Manohara. “It was never because I was happy or having fun. Do you actually think it is nice being rich and privileged?”

Escape from the Royal Plaza Hotel
Holed up in the five-star luxury Singapore hotel prison called the Royal Plaza Hotel, Manohara planned her daring escape.
She collected bedsheets, tied them together and then, risking her life, glided down to the ground floor, seven floors below. There she had to beat off seven Malaysian secret agents – three of them heavily armed with Uzi sub machine guns - before going to reception and asking for them to call the Singapore police.
Now back in Indonesia, Manohara is recovering from her ordeal:
“Never again will I marry a Kelantan prince”, she says.
