Tiffany Livingston: Singapore’s first playmate of the month
A Singapore version of Playboy has now been launched. Only it’s not called Playboy. It’s called VIP!
Now that’s pretty bizarre to say the least. Because if you have one of the strongest magazine brand names at your disposal then you might as well use it I reckon. In fact, the only way you would know that this is the Singapore version of the world famous magazine is from the bunny logo which is incorporated into the magazine’s name at the top of the page.
As for the all important front cover, it is I’m afraid crap:
Hell, just look at that. They couldn’t have made it any less sensual if they had wanted to! It looks more like a kid’s comic than an edition of the world’s most famous men’s magazine.
Fortunately though, the inner pages are a lot more revealing.
My only gripe is that the Playmate of the Month is not Singaporean.
Was it really not possible to find any homegrown talent in what, after all, is supposed to be the Singaporean version of the magazine?
Even so, the American model Tiffany Livingston is undeniably hot and in one shot she’s stripped down to her undies, in an extremely provocative pose involving a sofa and a few cucumbers...
... well maybe not the cucumbers
I wonder what she’s looking at? Could she be a bird spotter I wonder? Hahaha!
The classic “depressed model and stretched telephone cord” shot. Why doesn’t she just use her handphone instead? :)
